LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Lansing is hosting a Chrysler Cars 4 Classrooms fundraiser for Kendon Elementary School students on Oct. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. The Chrysler Cars 4 Classrooms event will give parents and families the opportunity to earn a $10 contribution, up to $2,000, for Kendon Elementary School students, by taking a brief test drive in a Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid.

“For 25 years, the Chrysler brand has been helping to raise money for elementary schools like Kendon Elementary School,” said Great Lakes Business Center Regional Director, Jeff Hines. “The Chrysler Cars 4 Classrooms event offers Lansing parents and families a chance to conveniently experience the capabilities of the all-new Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid minivan, while attending an event in support of a cause that is personal to them.”

The dealership will provide vehicles and staff to assist with the fundraiser driving and answer any questions. All test-driving participants who register will enter into the 2018 FCA US National Sweepstakes for a chance to win $45,000 towards an eligible vehicle from any of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Truck and FIAT brands.

The Chrysler brand is taking their donation efforts even further by offering Kendon Elementary School a chance to earn an additional $1,000 as well as a chance to be entered into the grand prize sweepstakes for additional funding up to $7,000. All participants have to do is share their photos from the event on a public Facebook account one week from the fundraiser’s date, tag @Chrysler and use the customized hashtag #KendonPacificaContest.

Celebrating 25 years of commitment to its local schools and families in 2017, the Chrysler brand’s continued commitment has helped raise over $7 million through fundraising test drives. For more information on the Chrysler Cars 4 Classrooms, please visit Cars4Classrooms.com.
