Blondie’s Barn Offers Free Thanksgiving Meals

Thanksgiving is a time for giving back to those you love — and Blondie’s Barn has so much love for the community that the owners are, once again, opening their doors to those who might not have a Thanksgiving dinner.  

For the 11th year in a row, Blondie’s Barn, 5640 Marsh Road in Haslett, will be open for limited hours from noon to 2 p.m. Thanksgiving Day to provide free meals to community members. 

There will be turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans and rolls. Tables will be pushed together for a community-style meal. Everyone is welcome, with no need to make a reservation or signup beforehand. The food is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and patrons may need to wait outside to be seated, so dress accordingly.
