Holt Dentist Releases Book to Help Parents, Kids

Holt dentist, Dr. Susan Maples has written a book to help parents raise happy and healthy kids

Burning Soul Press has announced the release of “Brave Parent: Raising Healthy, Happy Kids Against All Odds in Today’s World” by author Dr. Susan Maples.

Maples isn’t just a writer; she runs a successful dental practice in Holt. She is also a health educator who has created several tools and a robust online curriculum to help other dentists become successful in mouth-body connections.

Maples currently serves as president of the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health. She is also a highly sought-after speaker whose motivational topics inspire medical and dental professionals, business executives, and team members alike. Maple’s real passion is to help children. Maples is strong in her belief that children are our future and need to be put in the driver’s seat for a preferred future of better wellness.

To reach them, Maples knew that she needed to help their parents better understand how to become brave parents, and that is the concept of her new book.

“‘Brave Parent’ is my gift to help parents really raise children that are happy, healthy and fulfilled — kids that are willing to become their best selves,” said Maples.

The book can be purchased on Amazon and other major retailers. More information about Maples can be found at BeaBraveParent.com. You can also read about her in a previous story from 517 Magazine at 517mag.com/business/on-the-record/dr-susan-maples-how-dental-facilities-battle-covid-19/.
