MSUFCU Student Art Exhibit Open for Viewing and Voting

Those interested in viewing and voting can see the art in person at MSUFCU HQ1 or online at msufcuart.com as well as on social media.

The MSUFCU Student Art Exhibit is back after a one-year hiatus and is now open for viewing. The exhibit, which runs through Wednesday, Feb. 22, can be seen in person and online through the website and social media. The community is encouraged to view the art and place votes by visiting MSUFCU HQ 1 at 3777 West Road in East Lansing during business hours, as well as viewing the website at msufcuart.com or the exhibit social media accounts on Facebook @msufcustudentart and Instagram @MSUFCUart.

Seventeen area high schools are participating this year and include: Everett, Fowlerville, Grand Ledge, Laingsburg, Lansing Catholic, Lansing Christian, Leslie, Mason, Okemos, Potterville, St. Johns, Williamston and Waverly High School.

The awards are also juried by esteemed local artists. As in previous years, a billboard donated by the Arts Council of Greater Lansing will run after the event and feature the juried first-place winner’s exhibit entry.

Art lovers can expect to see many genres of art ,including drawing, painting, photography and 3D art including sculpting. The winners of the Student Art Exhibit will be announced at a special awards ceremony at MSUFCU HQ1 at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 5.
