In a shallow dish, add a layer of crushed graham crackers.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on a piece of paper towel and rim a martini glass, then dip the glass into the graham cracker crumbs.
Place the 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glass.
Mix the RumChata and chocolate liqueur together in a cocktail shaker, then strain into the martini glass and add a splash of vodka.
Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then spoon it on top of the martini.
Add three marshmallows to a skewer. Using a kitchen torch (or the fire pit), toast the marshmallows until they get slightly toasted.
Place the marshmallows on top of the martini glass and sprinkle on crushed graham crackers. Add more chocolate syrup if you choose.
