Fun and Fruity Summer Popsicles

Beat the heat with a sweet treat.

What you need:

  • Popsicle mold (If you don’t have a mold, small Dixie cups and popsicle sticks will do.)
  • Fresh or frozen fruit, chopped
  • Fruit juice (We used light apple juice, but you can use lemonade or any other tasty beverage.)

What to do:

Simply add chopped fruit to your popsicle mold and fill with juice. Freeze for at least six hours and enjoy.
